Ravi Rudner and Murray Warner are two blokes that met a few years ago when paired together as roommates at a chiropractic conference.
They bonded over mutual fatherhood trials, a love of podcasts and an obsession with ice road truckers. Both health practitioners in their forties, running small businesses and helping to raise a family. When the boys then started to meet up for weekly ocean swims and coffee the banter grew to discussions about life and their own personal trials and growth.
Before the Dip podcast was born out of this foundation of mateship, an obsession with health and a love of the ocean
Weekly recordings (give or take) over the last 2 years, several more conferences and a huge amount of laughs (and coffee) has never grown tired or boring. We’re ready to take this to another level.
Real Men Talk is the live embodiment of the show and brings together banter, great food and the opportunity to learn a few things. It’s not a self help lecture but we do hope you come away from the night with some ideas to improve your own wellbeing and to be just a bit more useful to those around.
